| 摘 要： | 房价上涨过快不利于河南省各项经济社会改革目标的实现。应稳定和完善房地产政策,增加有效供给,加强市场监管,建立健全相关制度,综合运用土地、金融、税收等手段,遏制当前城市房价的过快上涨,保持房地产市场的平稳健康发展。
