发电机轴为单头支承时柴油发电机组两轴之间不同轴度的检查与调整

当发电机轴为单头支承时，柴油发电机组两轴之间必定采用刚性联轴器连接，机组两轴不同轴度的好坏对机组的运行质量和寿命关系极大，两轴不同轴度的检查工作分两步进行：首先检查联轴器，联轴器的凸缘－圆环－凸缘结构必须符合对中要求，联轴器连接后必须牢固紧密；其次测量靠近飞轮端那一档的曲柄臂距差，确定发电机单头轴承位置的偏移方向与偏移量，最后依据检查结果调整发电机单头轴承位置，调整方向与偏移方向相反，调整量与偏移量相等。这样检查调整工作才算结束。
