薄壁圆管件锥面型冲压扩口的应力与壁厚分析

摘    要:在工件材料为理想刚塑性材料的假设下,应用轴对称塑性薄壳理论对其加工中的一些参数进行了分析,得出了不同锥角及库仑摩擦系数情况下扩口变形区应力与壁厚的分布模式和关键值,并推出了加工中所需扩口力与管坯长度的计算式。所有这些均为合理制订薄壁圆管工件锥面型冲压扩口工艺提供了依据。

Abstract:Based on axisymmetric plastic thin-shell theory,assuming that the material of workpiece was perfectly rigid-plastic,the author analyzed some parameters during the most familiar expanding process-stamping-expanding of connoid thin-walled cylindrical-tube workpiece. The result not only gave the distribution patterns and prime values of the stress and wall-thickness in the expanding deformation zone,but also provided the formulas of the required expanding force and the tube length of the process.
