| 摘 要： | 文章从跨越式发展和小康社会的内在联系入手，阐明了西藏在跨越式发展和全面建设小康社会的进程中，西藏经济环境的特殊性表现。剖析了西藏经济环境建设存在的诸多机遇与所取得的成就，从而阐述了我区在跨越式发展中全面建设小康社会的可行性。提出了在西藏实现跨越式发展，全面建设小康社会的市场环境建设的措施。

| Abstract: | The article displays distinctive features of Tibet economy in the process of Tibet rapid development and complete constructing of a better-off Society and analyzes great opportunities existing in constructing economic environment and achievements that have been already made in Tibet. The author points out it is feasible that Tibet Autonomous Region carry out rapid development to speed its economy and strategies for pursuing market environment construction of complete a wellrounded and better-off society. |
