| Abstract: | This paper describes and analyzes the main difficulties faced by small and medium-sized public libraries in Sichuan Province, points out that the library consortium is an important path for small and medium-sized public libraries to get out of the difficulties, and probes into some countermeasures for building the regional library consortium and realizing the resources sharing in Sichuan Province. |
