葡萄糖氧化酶修饰玻碳电极的性能研究

摘    要:用不同方法将葡萄糖氧化酶直接修饰在玻碳表面上以制成酶电极。苯醌代替氧作为电子传递体将酶反应和电化学反应进行偶联,并由伏安法和旋转圆盘电极技术测定酶反应动力学参数,考察了不同修饰方法对酶催化活性、电流响应和稳定性的影响。

Abstract:Glucose oxidase was attached to the surface of vitreous carbon with different immobilization methods. 1,4-Benzoquinone was used as the mediator to couple the electrochemical with enzymatic reactions, and the kinetic parameters for the enzyme reaction were estimated by using voltammetry and RDE technique. The effects of the immobilization methods were examined on the catalytic activities.current responses and stabilities of the enzyme electrodes.
