辣根过氧化物酶在钛酸纳米管修饰玻碳电极上的直接电化学研究

摘    要:采用循环伏安法研究证明了辣根过氧化物酶在钛酸纳米管修饰玻碳电极上的直接电化学.结果显示:在磷酸缓冲溶液中,辣根过氧化物酶在钛酸纳米管修饰的玻碳电极上呈现出一对良好的氧化还原峰.紫外-可见光谱数据表明,在钛酸纳米管存在的条件下,辣根过氧化物酶的构象基本保持不变,说明钛酸纳米管对辣根过氧化物酶具有良好的生物相容性.此外,电化学结果表明,该修饰电极能够有效地催化双氧水的还原.

Abstract:Direct electrochemistry of horseradish peroxidase at glassy carbon electrode modified with titanate nanotubes had been demonstrated by cyclic voltammetry.A pair of redox peaks attributed to the direct redox reaction of horseradish peroxidase in the phosphate buffer solution was observed.UV-VIS spectra showed that the conformation of horseradish peroxidase almost did not change in the presence of titanate nanotubes.It means that titanate nanotubes have good biocompatibility for horseradish peroxidase.In addi...
