| 摘 要： | 首先介绍了管理系统的发展趋势及其传统缺陷，然后阐述了Ｉｎｔｒｒａｎｅｔ技术的发展，最后详细了讨论了Ｉｎｔｒａｎｅｔ在ＭＩＳ中的应用，并提出了基于Ｉｎｔｒａｎｅｔ的新一代企业管理信息系统的解决方案。
