摘    要:矩形烟风道是火力发电厂的重要组成部分。以往其内撑部分均采用手工方法进行选择计算,计算过程复杂,又容易产生差错。为了提高工程设计质量和效率,开发了这套矩形烟风道内撑设计计算机系统。该系统采用Visual Basic 6.0为开发环境。在选择计算过程中,系统可根据用户所输入的原始数据自动计算出最合理的相关设计参数。当用户输入的原始数据不合理时,系统会给出相关的提示。矩形烟风道内撑设计计算机系统的数学模型不仅符合现行的设计标准,还允许用户“自定义”相关设计标准.以适应工程设计标准的不断变化。同时数据库留有扩充接口,可供用户进行补充。用户在设计计算过程中可随时检查、更改、保存、打印原始数据及计算结果。矩形烟风道内撑设计计算机系统极大地提高了设计效率和设计质量,工作周期由原来的“一人一星期”减少到“一人一天”,且计算结果精确。

Abstract:Rectangular air & flue gas ducts is an important part of a thermal power plant. The process is very complex and more mistakable when we use manual design. In order to improve the quality, efficiency and management of engineering design, a computer system has been developed to design the bracing of the Rectangular air & flue gas ducts. It uses Visual Basic 60 as the developing environment. During the design, the system could compute the optimal data of other related design parameters automatically to help users in design, according to the source data. If the source data are unreasonable, the system can give related information. The mathematic model of computer system for the bracing design of Rectangular air & flue gas ducts is in accord with the design standard of in existence, and allows users to design their own standards to suit the varieties of project demands. The database have expansion area to complementarity new data. During the designing, users could check, change, save or print the source data and results at any time. The Computer system for bracing design of Rectangular air & flue gas ducts improves the efficiency and quality of the design, it reduces the work period from "one person one week" to "one person one day", and the computational result is more precise.
