毛蚶Scapharca subcrenata精子发生过程中线粒体的行为研究

摘    要:用透射电镜(TEM)观察了毛蚶精子发生过程中线粒体的行为,结果表明,精原细胞期,胞质中线粒体分布较为分散,数量较少,初级精母细胞期,线粒体较低中分布于细胞的一端,数量较多,次级精母细胞期,线粒体数目开始减少,但体积增大,精细期,线粒体融合成数个大的线粒体球并迁移至细胞核的后端,与此同时,由溶酶体形的顶体囊迁移至细胞核的前端,线粒体主要参与精子中段的形成。

Abstract:The mitochondrial behavior of Scapharca subcrenata was investigated by Transmission Electron Microscopy(TEM) method. The result show that, there are little mitochondria in cytoplasm of spermatogonium; at spermatocyte Ⅰ stage, the number of mitochondria increased, located at one pole of spermatocyte Ⅰ ; at spermatocyte Ⅱ stage, the number of mitochondria decreased, but the volume increased; at spermatid stage, mitochondria fused, formed a small number of big volume ones, located at the post part of nucleous, at the same time, the pre- acrosomal sac formed by lysosomes and moved to the opposite pole of spermatid, and later formed acrosome. Mitochondria mainly take part in the formation of mid- piece of sperm.
