摘    要:搭建了基于正交频分复用(OFDM)的IEEE 802.11a的物理层链路平台,并针对链路平台中编译码模块,分别对其中的删余及交织环节进行了改进.基于特比译维码原理提出了一种改进的删余方法,并在其他物理层参数固定前提下,针对不同Eb/N0进行理论分析与链路性能仿真;基于改进的卷积编码器提出了一种改进的矩阵交织器结构.仿真结果表明,提出的删余方法比IEEE 802.11a标准中的相应方法在系统误码率性能方面大约有3dB的提高;改进的矩阵交织结构在Eb/N0大于5dB时,误码率有1~2dB的改善.

Abstract:A simulink PHY layer platform of OFDM-based IEEE 802.11a was built. The modified puncturing method and a new construction of the matrix interleaving method were proposed to improve the function of the codec module. The former is based on the principle of Viterbi decoding and the latter is based on improving the convolution coder with relevant theories. Simulations were done under different Eb/N0 by controlling the parameters of the IEEE 802.11a PHY layer platform. Conclusion reveals that, compared with the BER performance using given puncturing method in IEEE 802.11a, the BER performance of the OFDM system could increase about 3 dB by using proposed puncturing method. Also, the new matrix interleaving construction could provide the increase of BER performance about 1 to 2 dB when the Eb/N0 is greater than 5 dB.
