He—Ne激光辐射番茄种子的研究

摘    要:探索为农业服务的途径,发现激光能够使种子提前发芽,提早成熟,增加产量.我们利用He-Ne激光作为光源,对番茄两个品种的种子,分别进行了不同功率密度、不同时间、多个组合的处理,试验结果表明,激光功率密度在0.016瓦/厘米~2~0.024瓦/厘米_2,辐射时间为6分钟,辐射湿种子时,其发芽率最高,幼苗长势最好,过氧化物酶同工酶和酯酶同工酶的酶活性最大,根尖细胞分裂相明显增多,提高番茄产量已见成效.

Abstract:Research to serve the agriculture and has made great progress, such as improving plant germination, shortening plant growth period and increasing production. We radiated both sorts of tomatoseeds with He-Ne Laser in different power densities, different irradiating times and divided them into many test groups. We found that the power density was 0.016-0.024w/cm~2, the irradiating time was six minutes, then the seeds germination and seelding growth were greatly promoted, the two kinds of isoenzymes had the highest activity, the cell division of root tip cells and production were obviously increased.
