PET纤维冻结应力的测定及其意义

摘    要:应用自制的动态内应力仪,建立了测定PET纤维冻结应力的方法。应用特征内应力图谱进行了纺程上的理论研究。作者实测的双折射与冻结应力的关系值与Hamana经验曲线偏离的点正是非晶相向晶相转化的开始。作者认为密度转折点所对应的冻结应力为0.06—0.07g/dt。此时纺程上有明显的结晶现象。这一结果基本上与George和Sunil的一致。

Abstract:Founded a method of measuring stress at the freeze point for PET fiber using dynamic stress meter made in our laboratory. Theoretical research on threadline could be conducted with characteristic interior stress plot. The point where the experi- mental value on the curve of relation between birefringence and the stress at freeze point deviates from one on the curve by Hamana is the beginning of the transfer- mation from amorphous to crystalline structure. When the stress at the freeze point is 0.06 to 0.07 g/dt, obvious crystalline phenomenon can be expected, This result is basically consistent with those by George and Sunil.
