| 摘 要： | 以夫琅和费衍射原理为依据，在实验的基础上，提出了用激光测量易变形件——薄壁套筒外径的新的读数方法。按本文提出的测量读数方法设计的激光测量易变形件、薄壁件尺寸的装置，具有结构简单、造价低廉、操作方便、测量结果可靠等优点。

| Abstract: | On the basis of experiment, the measuring device by laser diffraction is described and a new method of surveying and reading an easy deformability object out diameter of a thin wall barrel is proposed according to the principle of Fraunhofer diffraction. this device and measaring method have obvious advantages, it's structure is simple, measuring cost is lower than in normally, the operation is easy, and obtained results are reliable and etc. it will have a extensive prospects applioation in actual production. |
