摘    要:新颖T型复合材料采用蒙皮与筋共用部分铺层的整体化结构形式,其力学性能有别于传统加筋壁板。该文从刚度特性的角度提出了针对这种复合材料整体化结构的等效简化计算方法。提出了壳体等效模型,通过典型加载方式确定了简化模型的参数,并采用经验公式的方法引入了原模型中各参数对刚度的影响。最后从刚度、均布载荷下的弯曲响应、振动模态和固有频率等3个方面对简化方法进行了验证。结果表明:该简化方法能够很好地体现原模型的力学性质,同时极大地减少了计算时间,具有工程应用前景。

Abstract:In the sense of mechanical properties,the new T-shaped integrated composite structure,where the skin and the stiffener share the laminates,is quite different from the conventional one.In this paper,a simplified computational method is proposed from the perspective of stiffness property of the T-shaped integrated structure.An equivalent shell model is presented and the parameters of the substitutive model are determined through typical loading.The empirical formulas are constructed to lead into the stiffness variation,which is caused by parameter fluctuation.Eventually the assessment for the simplified method is conducted from three disparate aspects,including stiffness,bending reaction under uniform loading,natural frequency and vibration modes.The results indicate that the method could successfully predict the mechanical properties of T-shaped structure,while enormously cut off the calculation expense,and thus reveal its prospective industrial utilization.
