摘    要:环状河网水环境容量带有明显的复杂性、动态性与不确定性,探讨环状河网动态水环境容量的估算方法,无论在学术上还是现实上都具有重要意义.在温瑞塘河综合整治规划编制过程中,笔者在不确定性分析框架下开发了动态环状河网水质模型,用基于HSY算法的自动试错法估算了鹿城河网的水环境容量,从而为决策提供了科学依据.相对于最优化分析法,本方法简便灵活,在求得水环境容量的同时,也产生了污染源削减方案.再作少量调整,可以与经济因素相关联.

Abstract:Assimilation capacity of looped river network is complex,dynamic and uncertain. Therefore,it has theoretical and practical meaning to discuss the method of estimating assimilation capacity of looped river network.During the making of integrated pollution control plan for Wenruitang river basin,a dynamic water quality model for looped river network was developed under the uncertainty analysis framework,and assimilation capacity of Lucheng river network was estimated by automatic trial-error method based on HSY algorithm,which supported the decision-making.Compared with optimization techniques,the primary advantage of this method is simple and flexible.The pollution sources cut scheme can be made at the time of achieving assimilation capacity.With some simple amendment,it can take economic factors into account.
