GA_3和2,4─D对延缓蒜苔老化的效果
摘    要:存贮过程中蒜苔细胞内含物快速向珠蒜转移,其水分和可溶性糖含量分别下降13.6%和17.5%,粗纤维含量相对提高1倍。GA_3能有效地抑制上述转变,延缓老化。GA_3与2,4-D配合使用效果更佳。封袋存贮虽有一定的保鲜效果,但室温下易导致腐烂。

Abstract:There was rapid transportation of internal meterials from detached garlicscape to the dove under the usual storage processing. The contents of water and thesoluble sugar decreeased 13.6%and 17.5%respectively, but the coarse fibre contentinereased twice. GA_3 could remarkably inhibit the re-distribution of the tissue materi-als, so as to delay aging. Combination of GA3 with 2,4-D showed much more effectthan GA_3 only.
