基于PSPICE建模仿真方法研究传输线网络时域响应

摘    要:为研究注入式电磁脉冲对端接负载的传输线网络的耦合规律,以典型的环形网络和树形网络为研究对象,基于PSPICE建模仿真方法,研究方波脉冲在传输线网络中的时域响应. 对端接电阻负载的同轴线网络瞬态响应的实验结果、BLT方程求解结果、PSPICE仿真结果进行了对比分析,表明了PSPICE方法与BLT方程求解结果及实验结果具有很好的一致性. 针对BLT方程方法在求解电容、电感负载及非线性负载上存在计算复杂、较难求解的问题,利用PSPICE建模仿真方法对端接电容负载的环形同轴线网络、端接瞬态抑制二极管的树形同轴线网络和多芯线缆网络的方波脉冲瞬态响应进行了仿真,与实验结果具有较好的一致性. 这些结果验证了PSPICE建模仿真方法在解决电磁脉冲对端接线性、频变及非线性负载的传输线网络时域响应的有效性.

Abstract:To investigate the coupling mechanism between electromagnetic pulse (EMP) and transmission line network, taking two familiar networks, tree networks and annular networks as examples,the transient responses of networks to EMP were studied based on a PSPICE simulation method. Firstly, the transient response experiment result of transmission line network terminated with resistance loads, the solution of BLT equation and the result of PSPICE simulation were analyzed contrastively. And the results show better consistency. Due to the calculation complexity of BLT equation, especially with the loads of capacitances, inductances or nonlinear loads, the PSPICE simulation method is useful for the questions, an annular networks terminated with capacitance, a tree network terminated with transient voltage suppressor and a multi-core cable network. And their simulation and experiment results are consistent with each other. These results all show the validity of the PSPICE simulation method in the solution for the transient responses of transmission line network about electromagnetic pulse coupling mechanism, frequency change and nonlinear loads.
