| 摘 要： | 莱钢1500宽带窜辊缸在现场的使用过程经常出现不能正常动作的现象,本文结合现场问题的处理过程,从先导式溢流阀的故障到窜辊缸活塞杆的断裂进行了排查梳理,对类似故障的判断和维护有较好的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | The abnormal movements often occurred during the process of LAIGANG 1500 broadband roll shifting cylinder. Investigations on problems from the pilot type relief valve failure to roll shifting cylinder piston red fracture are performed which provide a good reference for similar failures of judgment and maintenance. |
