高层建筑外墙防渗漏处理技术研究

高层建筑外墙渗漏现象是非常严重的问题,它不仅带来了建筑功能的下降和保温节能的失效,而且导致建筑物使用寿命的降低,因此解决外墙抗渗问题迫在眉睫。本文从施工工艺、设计和构造措施等多个环节进行了分析,提出了可行的防渗漏措施和有效的管理模式,并为其它建筑相关问题提供有益的借鉴。

Leakage Resistance Technology Research for Exterior Wall of Tall Building

The leakage problem of tall building＇s exterior wall is obviously serious,it can bring harmful influence on the building, such as reducing the building function,making the insulation and energy saving invalidation,and losing the service life,so it is extremely urgent to solve the leakage problem. Researchs are based on many aspects,such as construction technologies,design and structural measures. The paper puts forward feasible measures and effective management mode,further more provides useful reference to other building.
