万寿菊品种(系)耐寒性评价

摘    要:采用硫代巴比妥酸法测定了27个万寿菊品种(系),在温度急剧下降期间叶片中丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化,并用聚类分析法对其耐寒性进行了综合评价。结果表明:当连锁距离D=2.87时,受测万寿菊品种(系)分为4大类;其耐寒性强度依次为:第Ⅰ类>第Ⅱ类>第Ⅲ类>第Ⅳ类。

Abstract:MDA contents of 27 marigold varieties or lines were determined by thiobarbiturlc acid determination during rapid temperature falling,and the data were applied to evaluate their cold tolerance by the cluster analysis.The result showed that the marigold varieties could be classified into 4 groups when the heredity distance was 2.87.The cold-tolerance was in the order of group Ⅰ>group Ⅱ>group Ⅲ>group Ⅳ.
