东荣二矿回采巷道冲击矿压防治

摘    要:为有效防治东荣二矿17#煤层回采巷道冲击矿压事故,结合矿压事故调查情况,分析了影响冲击矿压发生的主要因素,提出了探、测、控有机组合的深部回采巷道冲击矿压控制原理及防治技术。结果表明:开采深度超过发生冲击危险的临界深度、煤中赋存半岛煤柱、支护结构不合理等是该矿冲击矿压发生的主要原因。超前勘探、围岩观测、适时预测、质量监测、方案对症、施设当机等冲击矿压灾变控制技术及钻屑法预测、钻孔卸压、松动爆破解危等综合防治技术措施应用于该矿,防治效果良好。该研究为东荣二矿深部煤层开采的冲击矿压防治提供了技术保障。

Abstract:Aimed at an effective control of the rock burst accident of Dongrong NO. 2 colliery 17# coal, this paper provides an analysis of the main factors leading to rock burst, based on pressure accident investigation and proposes the organic combination of exploration, measurement, control deep roadway burst control theory. The results show that the mine rock burst is mainly attributed to the mining depth deeper than the critical depth where there occurs rock burst, the occurrence of peninsula pillar and many faults in coal, and irrational support structure. A better control effect results from the application of mine pressure disaster control techniques, such as advanced exploration, surrounding rock observation, timely forecasts, quality monitoring, and symptomatic program, and integrated control measures, such as disas- ter predicting cuttings, drilling pressure relief, and danger-eliminating loose blasting. The study provides a technical support of rock burst prevention and control of Dongrong NO. 2 colliery.
