基于Pro/E和ADAMS的连续采煤机截割滚筒的运动仿真

摘    要:通过Pro/E建立截割滚筒运动机构的整体模型,利用Pro/E和ADAMS的联合接口Mechanism/Pro,将模型转入ADAMS中。并添加约束、运动、和动力,模拟连续采煤机截割滚筒的运动情况,获得截割滚筒的运动轨迹、速度和加速度,分析摇臂摆速、滚筒转速等对机构的影响,为合理选择截割滚筒的工作参数和提高工作机构的性能奠定基础。

Abstract:Through Pro/E the whole model of cutting drums mechanism is established and is imported into ADAMS by the combined interface of Pro/E and ADAMS.Then appling constraints,joint movement and motion to the model,themovement situation of continuous miner drumsis simulated,the moving locus,velocity and acceleration are obtained,and the effect of swinging velocity and rotation velocity on the mechanism is analyzed through computer.The result will lay the foundation for choosing the work parameters of cutting drums and improving the properties of working mechanism.
