摘    要:水环境控制规划系统具有结构、环境、行为等方面的开放性、动态、涌现等非线性的复杂性特征,该文基于群智能理论的改进PSO算法对非线性水污染控制系统动态博弈过程进行求解分析;以期实现非线性水污染控制系统规划全局最优化求解的高效性.
