Abstract:The methods of fluorescence polarization and Laser-Raman spectra are used inthe studies of N- n- butyl-- benzoyl-- 2-- sulphimide affecting membrane fluidity.The fluorescence polarization measurement shows that N-n-butyl-benzoyl-2-sulphimide increasesmicroviscosity.Laser-Raman spectra shows that it increases the value of I2890/I2850 and I1130/I1087The results of the fluorescence polarization and Laser-Raman spectra show N-n-butyl-benzoyl-2-sulphimide decreases membrane fluidity.It becames easier that membrane isdestroied partly.It is guessed that N-n-butyl-benzoyl-2-sulphimide may decrease lipidbi-elayer fluidity between cuticalar cell and make lipidebilayer to be destroied partly,thus enhancingdrug absorbed through skin.
