| 摘 要： | 根据内蒙古自治区知识产权保护与科技进步的实际情况,运用时间序列动态均衡关系的分析方法,选取2001～2011年《内蒙古统计年鉴》和2001～2011年《中国科技统计年鉴》的统计数据,通过建立长期均衡模型与误差修正模型,实证研究内蒙古知识产权保护与科技进步的动态均衡关系,并利用格兰杰因果关系检验方法系统分析二者之间的双向影响关系,从而得出相关结论。

| Abstract: | This paper is based on the actual situation of the intellectual property and the progress of science and technology,using time series analysis method of dynamic equilibrium relations,the selection of 2001-2011 and 2001-Inner Mongolia statistical yearbook 2011 statistics annals of science and technology of China,through the establishment of long-term equilibrium and error-correction model,the empirical research Inner Mongolia protection and the progress of science and technology of dynamic equilibrium relation,and use the grant causality test method system analysis of the relationship between bidirectional effect,the relevant conclusions are conducted. |
