贸易开放对我国高新技术产业区域集聚影响的实证分析

摘    要:在对我国高新技术产业集聚度测算的基础上,运用中国省级面板数据,考察了贸易开放对我国高新技术产业集聚的影响。结果显示,贸易开放度的提高对全国高新技术产业的集聚产生了显著的推动力,但也呈现出较大的区域差异,即贸易开放对东部高新技术产业集聚拉动力较强,而对中西部高新技术产业的集聚没有显著影响。结果还显示,技术人力资本是拉动高新技术产业集聚和发展的最主要的动力所在,R&D投入和固定资产投入分别是拉低中部和西部高新技术产业集聚发展的主要因素。

Abstract:This paper analysis the theory mechanism of the trade openness and the high-tech industries spatial agglomeration and measures high-tech industry spatial agglomeration degrees in China.And then this paper applies Chinese provincial panel data to evaluate the influence of openness to High-tech industries spatial agglomeration.The results show that the trade openness to improve the national high-tech industries spatial agglomeration significantly,but there are the larger regional differences.The trade openness is the strong pulling power of High-tech industries spatial agglomeration to the east and there is no significant effect to the mid-west.The results also show that technology human capital is the most main motive to the high-tech industry spatial agglomeration and R&D input and fixed assets investments are the major obstacle factors to central and western high-tech industry agglomeration development.
