| 摘 要： | 工程造价从工程投标报价开始,直至项目竣工结算完成为止,贯穿于项目各个阶段。为适应社会主义市场经济体制的要求,应加强对工程造价的深化和控制,指导项目科学的管理,合理使用人力、物力和财力,充分利用资源,提高经济效益,使得投资控制目标能够实现。

| Abstract: | The construction cost starts from the tender offer,until the completion of the project settlement and throughout all stages of the project.To meet the requirements of the socialist market economic system,we should strengthen the depth and control of construction cost,guide the scientific management of project,rational use the human,material and financial resources,fully use resources,and improve economic efficiency to make the achievement of investment control objectives. |
