蜡梅种子油化学成分研究

摘    要:采用气相色谱/质谱联用技术测定了蜡梅种子油的化学成分。从中鉴定出31种化合物,其中相对含量大于1.0%的有14种,大于2.0%的有9种,大于8.0%和12.0%的分别有2种;大于21.0%的只有1种。有3种保留时间不同的组分尚未确定。实验结果显示油酸(21.7%)、1'-甲基-蜡梅碱(12.74%)、亚油酸(12.62%)、软脂酸(8.69%)、蜡梅碱(8.15%)、、石竹烯(3.90%)、亚麻酸(3.88%)、邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯(2.30%)、硬脂酸(2.17%)是蜡梅种子油的主要成分,其合计相对含量达到76.15%。

Abstract:The essential oils from seeds of Chimonanthus praeco were analyzed by GC/MS,thirty-one compounds in the oils were identified.There are 14 compounds' relative mass is more than 1.0%,9 compounds' relative mass is more than 2.0%;4 compounds' relative mass is more than 8.0% and 12.0% respectively,and only a compound's relative mass is more than 21.0%.The results showed that oleic acid(21.70%),1,-methyl-calycanthine(12.74%),linoleic acid(12.62%),hexadecanoic acid(8.69%),calycanthidine(8.15%),caryophyllene(3.90%),linolenic acid(3.88%),phthalic acid diisobutyl ester(2.30%) and stearic acid(2.17%) were the major components of the essential oils,their total up is 76.15%.
