| 摘 要： | 本文介绍新研制的大型球轴承摩擦力矩实验台的原理及组成。实验台能模拟被测轴承的转速、轴向负荷、预负荷和润滑条件，在测试条件与实际工况一致情况下测试大型球轴承的启动力矩，平均力矩和最大力矩。大量试验证明，测试结果可靠。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the principle and the constitution of the friction torque tester which is newly developed for the large-size ball bearing. The speed of rotation, axial load, preload and lubrication of the measured bearing can be imitated by the tester. When the testing conditions are in correspondence with the working conditions, it also can measure the starting torque, mean torque and maximum torque for large-size ball bearing. The measured results are proved to be reliable by lots of tests. |
