| 摘 要： | 用二甲基亚砜（ｄｉｍｅｔｈｘｌｓｕｌｆｏｘｉｄｅ，ＤＭＳＯ）作为新的活化剂，代替缩合反应中的缩合剂碳二亚胺衍生物，合成修饰寡核苷酸（ＯＤＮ）．高效液相色谱（ＨＰＬＣ）纯化分离结果表明，效果良好．文中探讨了ＤＭＳＯ作为活化剂在缩合反应中的作用机理．

| Abstract: | Dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) is employed as a novel activating agent instead of dicyclohexylcarbodiimide (DCC) and its derivatives for the synthesis of modified oligodeoxyribonucleotides (ODN). The experimental results show that it has a good effect on the condensation reaction. HPLC is used to purify and separate the modified ODN. The reaction mechanism of DMSO as activating agent is also described. |
