| 摘 要： | 福建省农业资源总量丰富，但耕地不足，农业资源地区差异显著，经济发展所带来的环境压力大，根据土地质量下降，水土流失，环境污染等问题，提出总量控制与提高潜力相结合，果园改造与生态保护相结合，科学要求与区域发展相结合，规模特色与多种经营相结合等资源利用与环境保护策略。

| Abstract: | Fujian Province is rich in natural agriculture resources. However, because of insufficient cultivated lands, remarkable spatial disparity of the resources, economic developments pose heavy pressure on the environment. According to the problems of soil quality deterioration, water and soil erosion and environment pollution, appropriate strategies on resources utilization and environment protection are pointed out in the paper including:1) the integration of total control with potential exploitation;2) the integration of orchard improvement with ecological protection;3) the comprehensive consideration over scientific requests and regional development demands; and 4) the integration of scale economy with multiple management. |
