三极平面并联齿轮泵流量品质研究

摘    要:研究一种新型齿轮泵,以明确特点,利于其推广应用。该泵由一个主动齿轮和三个从动齿轮分别构成的三个子泵并联组成,各子泵位于同一平面内。根据结构原理和啮合点位移变化情况,深入分析了泵的流量品质,导出相应计算公式。结果表明:在齿轮参数相同时,泵几何排量、平均流量和瞬时流量均增加了三倍,泵的功率密度得以提高;适当选取齿数,可使泵输出流量的脉动率显著减小,脉动频率增加,流量品质得到明显改善。该泵结构简单、性能优越,有良好的工业应用前景。

Abstract:Here introduced is a new kind gear pump consisting of a driving toothed gear and three driven toothed gears,which are all located on the same plane.Three subsidiary pumps are formed when the driving toothed gear engages with the three driven toothed gears.All the sub-pump's inlets and outlets are parallel and form a planetary parallel toothed gear pump.Not only is its function principle dealt with,but also its delivery quality analyzed.The result shows that in the condition of the same gear parameters,the pump's displacement,average delivery and instantaneous flow-rate increase three times and the bump's power density increases.If a better tooth number is chosen,the plug rate of pump delivery will decrease evidently and delivery quality improved evidently.The pump not only reserves average pump's properties such as simple construction and resistance of pollution,but also has the following properties such as compact construction,high power density,easy made,low costs etc.It has a good future in industry application.
