民族地方院校学科建设绩效评价与优化路径——基于数据包络分析（DEA）的“投入-产出”模型

民族地方院校学科建设投入相对稀缺,学科建设绩效及其影响因素和提升策略直接关系到“双一流”背景下民族地方院校学科建设战略的选择和导向的确立.为此,基于投入的资源条件,构建了一套切实可行的学科评价指标体系,选择了6所民族地方院校作为样本,运用数据包络分析方法（DEA）进行了“投入-产出”基础上的学科评价实证研究,得到了样本各民族地方院校学科建设的成效及其实际水平,进而有针对性地提出了若干有助于提升学科建设绩效的建议.

Performance Evaluation and Optimization of Discipline Construction in Colleges and Universities of Ethnic Areas:Input-Output Model Based on Data Envelopment Analysis

The input of disciplinary construction in minority colleges and universities is relatively scarce.Under the background of "dual first-rate",the discipline construction performance,its influencing factor and promotion strategies are directly related to the choice and orientation of discipline construction strategies in local minority colleges and universities.For this reason,based on the input resources,a set of practical discipline evaluation index systems are built.Six minority colleges and universities were selected as samples.What's more,the data envelopment analysis (DEA) is used to conduct the empirical research based on the "input-output".Therefore,great achievements have been achieved and the actual level of discipline construction in minority colleges and universities has been obtained.Meanwhile,some suggestions which are helpful to improve the performance of discipline construction are put forward.
