高等教育专业认证视角下的教师专业发展

摘    要:高等教育专业认证是由相关行业或专业协会与该专业领域的高等教育工作者共同组成的中介机构对专业教育学院及专业教育计划实施的专门认证,它把高等教育的学科知识与相关职业和行业的要求紧密联系在一起,对高等教育质量起到了重要的保障作用,对专业教育尤其是高校教师的专业发展有着深远的影响。从高等教育专业认证的视角考量,高校教师专业发展应主要着眼于三个方面:一是强调知识的拓展,教师单一的专业知识需进一步拓展为专业体系;二是注重伦理的教导,加强对学生精神世界的关怀和职业道德的培养;三是坚持多元的价值取向,全方位满足国家、社会、学校和个人的利益需求。

Abstract:The specialized and professional accreditation is used to ensure that the education of a specific program,department,school,or college within an institution is of high quality.Specialized accrediting agencies are experts in their fields and set the bar that programs strive to reach,which involves the requirements of the profession in higher education and in career.The accreditation aims at ensuring the quality of higher education,and it influences as well the professional education and teacher professional development.From the view of higher education specialized and professional accreditation,teachers in higher education are firstly required to enlarge their knowledge scope into a profession system.Secondly,they are expected to concern more for the spiritual world and professional ethics of students.And at last,teacher professional development has plural value orientation,and it should meet the needs of country,society,colleges and individuals.
