“盗窃符号”类别、特点及理论性分析初探

随着我国盗窃犯罪日渐专业化,盗窃符号开始在社会中广泛显现,并日益威胁着社会治安与居民安全感。对盗窃符号的概念进行了类别划分,总结出盗窃符号具有总体数量多、增长趋势明显、城市间差异大、区域性明显、隐蔽性高这五个特点。结合犯罪社会学相关理论进行分析,发现其反映出理性选择理论与日常活动理论的丰富内涵,并显现出犯罪专业化的趋势,提出了相关的防控对策。

Theoretical Analysis of the Categories and Features of Theft Symbols

With the increasing specialization of theft crime,＂Theft Symbols＂appears everywhere and shows a widely potential threaten to social order and the sense of resident＇s security.Firstly,the concept of Symbols of Theft will be defined,and it will be classified by different ways.Secondly,the five characteristics of Symbols of Theft will be explained which includes a large number of overall quantity,an obvious growing trend,a large differences among cities,an obvious regional difference and a high concealment.Thirdly,it combines sociological theories of crime to analyze,then finds the results that Symbols of Theft reflects the affluent content of Rational Choice Theory and Routine Activity Theory,and also shows crime professional trends.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions about crime prevention and control.
