| 摘 要： | 在世界范围内,男性幼儿教师在早期教育领域中的比例都非常低,主要是因为较低的职业收入、较低的社会声望、社会职业期望、性别刻板印象、担心性侵指控、面临孤独无伴等,这些因素抑制了男性从事幼教的愿望,导致了男性幼儿教师对其职业认同度低。

| Abstract: | In the world,the proportion of male kindergarten teachers in the field of early childhood education is very low.There are following main reasons：lower employment income,lower social prestige,professional expectations,gender stereotypes,fear of sexual assault allegations,facing loneliness,etc.These factors inhibit male desire to engage in early childhood education,leading to male kindergarten teachers＇ low professional identity. |
