| 摘 要： | 高校思想政治理论课实践教学的有效实施和推进,需要构建相关的保障机制。在系统性的保障机制建构中,组织领导体制是基础,政策保障是根本,师资保障是核心,经费保障是前提,基地建设是条件,激励机制是关键。所有这些要素的协同一致、彼此配合,将有力改善和提升高校思想政治理论课实践教学质量。
