真空弧镀过程中阴极耗损率的研究

摘    要:在真空弧镀过程中,阴极耗损率随阴极材料特性、真空室的温度、压力、气体成分、阴极和阳极的结构等因素而变化。笔者测量了铜、铝、铁、镍、钼、不锈钢、软铁和黄铜等工程上常用镀层材料的阴极耗损率,并分析了弧电流强度、真空室内气体成分和压力等因素对阴极耗损率的影响。

Abstract:The cathode erosion rates for copper,aluminum,titanium,nickel,molvbdenum,stainless steel,brass and mindsteel have been measured,The in fluence of pressure of idle gasses in vacuum chamber and are current on erosion rate is investigated.It verifies that the pressure of idle gasses in vacuum chamber and arc current affect the cathode erosion rate unremarkably,and the titanium cathode erosion in nitrogen reactive vacuum are decreases because of formation of a high-melting titanium nitride film on the cathode surface.
