| 摘 要： | 采用氢化物发生-原子荧光法测定硒，对测定硒的最佳条件即介质的酸度、还原剂的浓度、仪器条件进行了选择．在最佳条件下，对废水中的微量硒进行了检测．该法灵敏度高、快速、操作简便，具有广泛的应用前景。

| Abstract: | A new method is developed for the determination of trace selenium by hydrogen combination Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry.The effects of the reaction medium and acidity,reducing agent and condition of instrument on the determination of Se are investigated.The operating condition of the instrument is optimized,according to the condition,examined the trace selenium of wastewater.This method is highly sensitive,simple,raplad and extensive application prospects. |
