| 摘 要： | 由直接计算一个（２ｎ＋２）阶行列式的结果，同时证明了Ｈｅｒｍｉｔｅ插值多项式的存在及唯一性定理，并给出了这个（２ｎ＋２）阶行列式的一个计算方法。
