| 摘 要： | 体育成人函授教育是我国多层次培养体育人才的重要途径之一，也是我国体育事业可持续发展的重要保障．本文就体育成人函授教育的特点、管理以及改革措施进行了阐述，旨在全面提高接受体育成人函授教育体育教师的综合素质能力，使教学质量不断得到提高．

This article expounds characteristics and management of adult sport correspondence education in order to promote the comprehesive ability of sport teacher who accept adult sport correspondence and their teaching qulity. |
