TiN/Al复合材料的微观组织及性能研究

摘    要:用熔铸法制备了TiN/Al复合材料,通过SEM和EDS研究复合材料的微观组织和元素组成;测定了复合材料的布氏硬度和压缩性能.实验结果表明:用熔铸法制备TiN/Al复合材料,其增强相TiN均匀分布在基体中,随TiN含量的增加TiN由颗粒状、短棒状变成长条状;其布氏硬度和压缩强度随TiN含量的增加而增大.

Abstract:The Al - matrix composites reinforced with TiN were fabricated through melting- casting. SEM and energy spectrometer were employed to analyze the mierostrueture and the element composition. The brinell hardness and the compressive properties of the TiN/Al composites were measured The results show that the reinforcement in composites is dispersed uniformly in matrix. The morphology of TiN is from particle shape, bar shape to stripe shape with TiN content increasing. The brinell hardness and the eomnressive properties increase with TiN content increasing.
