轻烧氧化镁粉活性的研究

摘    要:作者用定量的方法对轻烧氧化镁粉的活性作了进一步研究,以热分析方法测定了不同活性轻烧氧化镁的活化能,并用阿伦尼乌斯公式计算其溶解活化能,结果与以活性氧化镁百分含量(α-MgO%)来衡量轻烧氧化镁活性完全一致。此外,还以X射线衍射技术和透射电镜研究了轻烧氧化镁粉的活性及其影响因素。试验研究为耐火材料工业中进一步研究菱镁矿烧结机理,控制氧化镁粉生产工艺条件及提高镁质胶凝材料的性能,提供了理论依据和实验基础。

Abstract:A comparatively intensive study is made on the activity of light-burned magnesia powder. Determination of the energy of activation by thermal analysis and a calculation of the energy for activation on dissolution using Arrhenius formula are found in perfect agreement with the assessment of the activity in terms of active MgO%. In addition, the activity is studied with the help of X-ray diffraction and TEM to study the factors affecting the activity. Thig work provides theoretical and experimental grounds for further study on the sintering mechanism of magnesite, the control of technical conditions for producing magnesia,and the enhancement of the quality of magnesian gelatinizing materials.
