摘    要:采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测量黄山香榧中17种微量元素的含量;采用微波消解处理样品,并考察了不同元素间相互干扰;测定的相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于2%,回收率在97%~103%之间,可信度高.

Abstract:A method for the determination of multiplex trace elements in Torreya by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES) has been presented.The mutual interference of the seventeen elements and the treatment of the sample were studied in details.The relative standard deviations(RSD) were less than 2% and the recoveries of most elements were in the range of 97.0%~103.0%.It show that this method is simple convenient and accurate.
