水稻内生放线菌降解酶活性的分析

摘    要:分析了水稻内生放线菌纤维素酶、木聚糖酶、果胶酶三种酶活性,结果表明:52%的菌株具有纤维素酶活性,35%的菌株具有木聚糖酶活性,61%的菌株具有果胶酶活性.

Abstract:The activities of cellulase,xylanase, pectinase of endophytic actinomycetes from rice was analysed. The results showed that 52% had ceUulase activity; 35% had xylanase activity;61% had pectinase activity.
