| 摘 要： | 建筑物的渗漏现象多种多样.水对建筑物的渗透作用与建筑构件中的过水通道,是建筑物产生渗漏的两大原因.这两大原因同时存在于建筑物的同一部位,就会发生渗漏现象.建筑物渗漏的防治具有长期性、普遍性.依据渗漏产生的原因及条件,可将防治渗漏的措施分为:隔断水源和阻断过水通道两类.案例说明:隔断水源的措施,能局部根治由雨水引发的渗漏现象.

| Abstract: | There are many forms of building leakage.Two main factors leading to the leakage are water acting on the construction units and the passage of water in the construction units.The leakage happens when both factors exist on the same and at the same time.Based on the causes of leakage happening,some measures can be taken: cutting the source of water off and obstructing the passage of water.Examples show that,by adopting the way of cutting off the source of water,the problem of the building leakage caused by rain can be parthy solued. |
