摘    要:本文以中国水仙(Narcissus tazetta var.chinensis)的双鳞片切块为外植体,在不加外源激素,只附加20克/升蔗糖和4克/升活性炭的MS 培养基上进行组织培养.结果表明:该培养基对小鳞茎的成球率、大小和鲜重均有显著效果。位于鳞茎外层和中层的双鳞片切块,其成球率和仔球生长速度均优于鳞茎的内层双鳞片切块。从切块上单个分离的仔球,在附加0.5毫克/升NAA 的MS 培养基继续培养,在10月分以后,即进入水仙自然生长季,开始萌生绿叶和形成不定根,具有根、叶的仔球移栽到盆土中容易成活.

Abstract:The 3 year old bulbs of Chinese sacred-lily (Narcissus tazellavar chinensis Roem.)Were cut longitudinally and separated adjacent scale-pairs attached to a piece of basal plate.These twin-scales segments weretrimmend about 8 mm width and 10 mm length as explants.The explantswere cultured on MS medium with 20g/L sucrose and 4g/L activated charcoalwithout exogenous hormones.The results showed that the medium had goodeffect on the growth rate,size and fresh weight for the bulbils (Table 1).The fresh weight and growth rate of bulbils from the outer and intermediatescales were better than that from the inner scales(Table 2).When the bulb-ils were cut separately in single unit from the segments and cultured on MSmedium supplemented with 0.5mg/L NAA,in October as the natural growthseason of Narcissus,the bulbils could grow out 1-2 leaves and adventitiousroots.The plantlets could be transplanted to pot and grow easily.
