| 摘 要： | 根据激光与材料相互作用温度是地空特性，分析了光斑尺寸对温度场的影响，并计算了防止硅钢片表面层破坏及避免产生热弯曲变形时激光脉冲能量阈值，为优化激光处理工艺参数，更有效地降低铁提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | This paper has analyzed the dimensions of light spot influencing on temperature field, and calculated the threshold of pulse laser energy for preventing the destruction of shallow layer and avoiding occurrence of bending deformation produced by heat source based on the time and space characteristics of temperature about effects between pulse laser and materials. Thereby, theory basis is provided for optimizing of processing parameters to decrease the core loss of silicon steel sheet effectively. |
