市场经济体制下高校后勤管理人员的素质结构

摘    要:社会主义市场经济体制的建立,促使高等学校的后勤管理人员解放思想,转变观念,主动地参与市场竞争;在保证为教学,科研服务的前提下,通过多种形式增强后勤工作的活力;运用价值规律,努力寻找提高后勤工作社会效益与经济效益的道路,在服务管理的过程中,敬业意识,商品意识,风险意识,决策意识,公关意识,以及信息观念,法制观念的确立和运用,是市场经济体制对高等学校后勤管理人员的基本要求。

Abstract:The establishment of the socialist market economy impels the rear sevice administrators to liberate their thoughts, change their concepts positively and participate the market competetion.Under the prerequisite of quarantee the service for teaching and scientific research, to energitate the rear service. Utilizing the law of value try to find a way in which both social beneficial result and economic beneficial result will be improved. Through the entire rear service administration, the utilization of respect for job, comodity concept, risk concept, decision making concept, publicity concept,information concept and legal concept are the fundamental demand of the market economy to the rear service administrators.
